Important notice

To all those that met the deadline for Full paper Submission(November 10^th, 2016 04:00pm), their Book of Proceedings will be Volume (I) and shall be available at the Congress.

Others, will be in Volume (II) on a CD. However, hard Copy of the Volume (II) can be made available at a price to be determined by the prevailing market price and shall be available at least 4 weeks after the conference.
